We had a lovely time enjoying the clean room and the well-kept swimming pool for some relaxing swim sessions. Great sun loungers and picnic tables made it easy to unwind outdoors. Just a heads-up, the breakfast options were a bit limited, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

The room was updated and warm with a comfy bed and a shower, hair dryers and towels in the bathroom. There was lots of great meals.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were kind of rude.

I was utterly shocked, shocked, to hear every single phone conversation next door in this so-called king room. How absurd! The water pressure was as unstable as the staff at check-in, who made me wait for ages. Needless to say, a welcome gift would've been lovely after such an experience. Just couldn't bring myself to give a good review.

A cozy stay in the mountains
The location is perfect, with access to restaurants and shops, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I even got to enjoy the lovely meeting room with my group.
The limited Wi-Fi and some outdated facilities can be frustrating. I also noticed that the continental breakfast could use more variety, as I was hoping for a bit more than just cereal.

The view of the mountains out our window was beautiful. The Inn was located very close to a grocery store and several good restaurants. The staff was able to work with us when our needs changed and we found we needed two rooms instead of one. The beds were very comfortable with very thick, soft, luxurious mattresses. Everything worked well, such as the TV, wifi, shower, etc.
One of our rooms was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but we thought it smelled kind of like cigarette smoke. The shower was a little hard to figure out, but it had plenty of heat and really good pressure when we got it adjusted right.

You get what you pay for.
The breakfast was poor and the service at breakfast worse. The attendant was asleep while I ate breakfast.

I found the hair dryer inoperative and the room phone not connected. The noise from other guests, including stomping overhead, disrupted our relaxation.

From my room I could see a row of mountain tops. The leaves were changing adding to the spectacular view. Friendly staff which provided us with helpful information about the city.Clean, comfortable room.

Large, quiet room for a reasonable price. Facilities ok.
Personel not really interested in defects (i.e. lights) in the room.

The owners were genuinely friendly and were really good by allowing us to change clothes in a room for an upcoming event after we accidentally left a personal item behind.
Some noise from neighboring rooms.

It is easy to find, and has a great price point. The rooms were clean and adequate.
The beds, particularly the pillows were ridiculously uncomfortable. While I do not expect high quality mattresses from a budget motel, I have never experienced pillows that were this uncomfortable. The pillows were as hard as a rock, and also seemed to be extremely old. Both my husband and I have allergies and sneezed much of the night, presumably due to the dust mites in the pillows. This would be an easy fix, as even $3 pillows from wal mart would be more comfortable. Next time I will bring my own pillow.

This is not a luxury hotel by any means, but for a basic hotel the room was large and very clean and good-smelling, the beds were comfortable and it met the need we had for pricing, comfort, and location. No complaints.
